Everything was OK, and I felt fine until the next BM, which consisted of bad D and severe pain/cramping again. I'm going to go back to Heather's book and trust everyone's advice that this will help and that there's hope down the road. Wow I had the opposite after the same test I ended up pretty balanced out and no D. I had started Heather's diet regimen prior and after. Go for it!Wishing you the best of luck.
