If you have read my last posts you know that I am having all sorts of health problems right now. My current problem has do with IBS though. For the last month I have had bad cramping and alternating diareha and constipation. Now for the last 3 days I have had bad diareha with cramping.

I have gone over all the food that I eat and can't find anything that may have milk in it. The only thing that I can thing of is that the bread and syrup my husband bought have high fructose corn syrup in them. Could this be the causeing the problems?

Take this with a grain of salt, but you may just be unfortunate enough to be having an attack. I'm suffering as well, though mine was caused by my menstrual cycle this time. My gastro said to go on clear liquids until my tummy stopped spasming. I so hurt!

Food for thought: the only kind I can digest.

Hmmm...not sure about the clear liquids thing! If I went without food, the cramps would never go away. Try eating a little plain bread or rice. And I mean tiny amounts at one sitting. Or have soy milk (warm is best) with some Acacia in it.

I was thinking of having a smoothie and trying benefiber in it. I don't have any Anacia. I will but some but right now I been so ill that I haven't worked in 3 weeks so I have no money.

Will benefiber be okay?

Thanks
Sarah

I haven't tried it, but if it suits you, go for it! Careful on the fruit!
