Hi! It's me again, I haven't posted in a long time because I've been really sick. I had peanuts, dumb thing to do , i know, but they've never hurt me before!*sigh* anyways... Like I was saying, i am always hungry and I don't know what to do about it. I am CLUELESS when it comes to common sense in food, or portion sizes I should say.. what to do? what portion sizes work for you guys? thanks I appreciate it.

It depends on your current weight and whether you want to gain, maintain or lose.
For my weight and activity level, all the calorie calculators say I should get 1300 calories a day. I divide that up into three meals of 300 calories each and four snacks of 100 calories each. More or less. It may not seem like much, but I'm never hungry and never feel deprived.
Hope that helps. Oh, and I'm not sure I ever said welcome!

Oh, thank you! Yeah, I do want to lose weight since I've been gaining so much lately >_<Where did you go to find out what your calorie consumption was? Thanks for all of the tips.

Um, I think there's websites that do it. There was a post about it a while ago. Either search here or seach the web. I have a little program that goes on my Palm Pilot.
Good luck and keep coming back.
MAGS, were you the one with the calorie calculator site?
