Bright yellow urine

All of a sudden, my urine has been bright yellow all morning. I've had five glasses of water in the last six hours but it continues to be bright, kind of neon, yellow. I'm taking Paxil and sometimes Bentyl but this has never caused any change in urine color before. Should I be worried? I have also been having more cramps than usual lately despite going back to the "breaking the cycle" diet of mostly soluble fiber.

Are you taking any vitamins? When I was pregnant and taking pre-natal vitamins my urine would be bright yellow. I think it was from the vitamin. I could be wrong though.

yeah, i think B vitamins make it neon. i don't think it's anything to be concerned about if you're taking vitamins.

Thanks, both of you. I haven't been taking vitamins but I have been on a cereal kick this week so the enriched cereal and enriched rice milk is probably the answer.
