i didn't have your cold! i was having an attack of the fibro variety.

also (darn it!) had my first bad day IBSwise in a long time! this time it was C not D (unusual!). i bet it's that new medication. i'm going to go look up the side effects in a few....

hey! I was misdiagnosed. I really have celiac disease or a gluten and wheat intolerance. That's why i couldn't gain weight... But i went off of the gluten and my stomach feels sooo much better! I gained 24 pounds in 2 months. You guys should try going off of gluten and wheat (like people w/ celiac disease. You could have been misdiagnosed, too)Even if not, it's a healthy, non-fattening (i know ppl w/ ibs can't have fatty foods) and i have lacotse-tolerace, too because of it. But it is a vveerrry fresh and healthy diet. Thanks for all of everyone's support!

Good for you!! There are several people here with both IBS and celiac, so if you have any questions about how to eat with celiac, they can probably give you some hints.
