Went down to the HFS yesterday and stocked up, then came home and had a taste test.

BLECCCH!!! I have a fridge full I'm throwing out. It's all disgusting stuff!

I didn't care to much for soy yogurt either! But...I have thyroid problems and now know to stay away from soy. So that's not a problem now!

I love real yogurt so much! If I could I would eat it every day. I haven't had any sense starting this diet back in september!!! I miss it!

I had to go look -- a box is 2 lbs. 10 oz.

But if you get it bulk, there's no need to weigh it before making it -- just get your big roaster pan about half full. (If it's really full it's difficult to stir it.)
