Hello all!
For those of you that read a recent post of mine, you'll know I was really disappointed about having to wait 17 weeks to see a GI specialist. Well, I called the office today to confirm and they said that since there were some urgent appointments for this month that weren't taken, they had been changed to normal appointments and I have one NEXT TUESDAY! So no 17 week wait, just an 8 day wait! I am so glad I don't have to wait that long. Now all I need to do is get myself nice and ready for the appointment so I don't waste it. Should I bring Heather's book with me?
I think I will read all the other posts on suggestions for the specialist appointments.
Yay, I am so relieved.

Congratulations on the appt! Go ahead and take Heather's book with you - then you can tell him that's what you've been doing so far.

that's great! i have an appointment with my gastro doctor on friday and i'm gonna take heather's book with me and get his medical opinion. although i'm still gonna do the diet regardless of what he says.
i hope your appointment goes well.

I think I will take Heather's book too.

thanks steph. i'll let you know what he says come monday...that is if i can find this post. i'm having trouble finding posts because there's so many on here, especially when someone answers one that i wrote. any advise for that?

jjr, either click on favorite thread down at the bottom or click on the little icon in the post of a finger with a piece of string tied around it. It will be added to your home page and you can click on it there to get back to it easily. did that make any sense at all??!!
