new food sensitivities-help! what can I eat?

Hi all! I have been seeing a holistic doctor because I am sick a ton and tired all the time. One of the things she did was do a food allergy/sensitivity test. This is what I am sensitive to: eggs, milk, tomato, avacado, mushroom, legumes, wheat, bananas and corn. What do I eat now?
I am also deathly allergic to shellfish! I have, as of yesterday, begun using rice pasta, rice and smelt bread, potatoes and eating oatmeal. My tummy is ok so far. I am soooo frustrated! My tummy is happy eating the aforementioned, and now I have to stay away from them. I may be able to reintroduce, in tiny amounts, a few of the banned foods in 3 months. HELP!!!

hey there!
sorry to hear about your sensitivities...so unfair!
bless oats and rice and spelt and millet and quinoa...there are loads of ways to substitute these into recipes...see it as a time for experimentation. potatoes are ok too...all those root vegies are so filling. fruit jellys. fruits. soups!! soy. tofu.
thats to name a few XXXXXXXX
