Haven't been down there in ages -- ever since I got stable. Pretty scary.

I've had my acacia, and I'm taking with me:

1. Equalactin
2. Tummy Mint tea
3. Donnatal
4. Large supply of "potti wipes"

Yep, think I'm all set.

What am I ordering, you ask? Well, hubby and I always split an order (they give you WAAAY too much!). I take the pancakes, he takes the rest (dead pig sausage, hash browns with lots of butter, yucky coffee -- you know). I will ask them for pumpkin pancakes instead of buttermilk, hold the butter, and of course no syrup (I'm sugar-free, guys!).

Here I go .......

That sounds delicious! Can I join you!?

I made some pancakes out of the bisquick recipe over the weekend. It didn't seem to bother me too much. Used egg whites and soy milk.

Let's us know how yummy it was!

Let us know how it went. I LOVE pancakes and was doing the sugar free bit and know know that was bad cause they were starting to "get me". Haven't had the nerve to try them again. Not bad at home when hubby makes them but restaurants are a whole different story.

You guys are all so CUTE! Every one of you!

Bethany, what a knockout picture of you guys! Yowza!

Ruchie, don't give me any praise; I don't deserve it, Girlfriend. I'm a bad girl.

Okay, so ihop wasn't too bad. Actually, it was a lot of fun joking with the waitresses. Didn't have much luck though. Turns out the pumpkin pancakes are seasonal, so I didn't get them. I asked about their other pancakes besides the obvious buttermilk kind, what was in the batter, and was told all the batters contain a cultured skim milk powder. So I passed on the pancakes.

I had my Equalactin and Tummy Mint tea. Hubby had coffee, and I had two sips of it (my first in over 3 months). OMG! Lets not go there.

We split an order -- as usual, he had the dead cow sausage and greasy hash browns. I had toast, no butter, and a scrambled egg (which I'm sure was full of butter). I'll have to go easy on the fat for the rest of the day, but that's okay. We had fun and I have a happy tummy.

You guys ROCK.
