Winter weather blues

Is it just me, or does everyone seem to have worse flareups in crappy weather???? We had a wonder week of spring and now back to snow! Since it started snowing again I have had more issues with my tummy.

It is snowing AGAIN like crazy. We are under a winter strom warning. I am sick and tired of it. I feel like I have 'cabin fever' as they say. I only hope the summer is nice!!!!!!!!!

The cold and snow don't bother me as much as hot and humid. This is the only time of the year I get relief from outdoor allergies.
My husband on the other hand hates this weather and I'm about to send him away.

I remember reading on Heather's website that weather does have alot to do with how well you feel.
She said she lived for a few years in England (I think, I am doing this from memory) and she always felt awful
because of the weather there. She even went as far as to suggest a possible relocation of living quarters
if you are just so incredibly unhappy where you are. I am not suggesting you do that, just saying that it totally
has alot to do with it.
I know heat kills me - I have D and last summer I was always sick and I thought maybe I got sunstrock or something.
but I have since found out it because of my IBS.
Just try to keep yourself busy. Sometimes if I am couped up and feel dreary I will paint plant pots, or plants some plants
just to keep my mind off the current weather.
