Thank you! That sounds odd but somewhat logical. I'm going to try it. I will twist my own arm and tote around some (baked) chips! 
If this helps me as much as it helped you, I owe you BIG TIME! (I hate my "episodes." I hate anything that makes me look like a Victorian-age woman who needs men to rush at her with smelling salts! "Oh, the vapors... I have the vapors!" ARGH. Puh-lease!)

I just discovered this thread.
I am STILL proud of you!!! For trying, for sticking wiht it as long as you did...and for being you! We ALL fall off the wagon and go back to our sugar habits...it's NORMAL! How about, "Ah declahre, Ah'm jes a SLAVE ta ma di-GES-tion!" That's my favorite, said with my hand over my forehead while reclining gracefully on the divan, and trailing a long white dress and shawl.
