Okay, fellow dieter, how'd you do today? I'm checking up on ya!
I did pretty good. But I was craving something sweet really bad around 2:00, so I had some Ghirardelli cocoa. Good thing hubby tossed the ADBs and RKTs (Rice Krispy Treats)!
Other than the cocoa, I had no sugar. Not even in my tea. That's pretty good for me, so I'd say today was a success. Really, not having sugar helped a lot with my appetite -- I wasn't NEARLY as hungry as I usually am.
What about you, Girlfriend? How'd you do? How are you feeling tonite?

Bev, Kudos on the sugar elimination. Girl, if you could quit Jack Daniels and coffee, sugar will be no problem for you, now that you're out of denial about it. Good for you, from one drama queen to another!
