With Heather's permission, I am beginning to compile a list of IBS safe snacks that will be used on this website. As a moderator, I've noticed that some of the most common questions are "What snacks can I take to work/school/on a trip/vacation that are IBS safe?"
What I'm looking for are your FAVOURITE snacks that are:
-IBS safe (please read the label and make sure there are no triggers)
-Easily portable
-Non perishable (eill last a day or so in a Ziploc or container)
-Take little or no preparation time.
I would love it if you could add your favourites to this post - that way, it'll be OUR list! Please be specific - if there's a brand you like, and a flavour that you like add it on!
One more thing - please don't post things that require baking, or preparation. For make ahead snacks please refer to the recipe board. The things I am looking for require little/no preparation.
Here's a few ideas to show you what I mean:
Kellogg's Corn Pops (eaten dry)
Bananas
Mott's Fruit Sensations applesauce packs (Apple Strawberry flavour)
Belsoy brand Soy Puddings (chocolate)
Peanut Butter and Jam sandwiches (white bread, easy on the PB)

Thanks to all! Love, Han.

Don't worry about it! I love Chapman's S (Strawberry). If we do a list of fav. grocery items, it'll be at the top of my list! H.

you put -nt- when you have no text in your message (just a note in the subject line)
