Barbara's Bakery - Puffins cereal (I live on these things!)
And can't forget the No Pudge Brownies (although they do require baking, so I guess maybe these don't qualify)

Great idea to start the list!!

Hi HanSolo!

This is a great idea!

I've posted this before -- one of my favourite snacks is turkey sandwiches made with white bread and slices of Rowe Farm's cooked turkey (which contains no additives -- just a tiny amount of salt).

Rowe Farm's cooked turkey slices are available at selected health food stores across the Greater Toronto Area or at Rowe Farms' premises in Guelph, Ontario. Call Rowe Farms at (519) 822-8794 to find out where the turkey slices are sold.

The slices are in vacuum sealed packages and are usually good for about three weeks if unopened, or just a day or two once the package has been opened. (Check the date information on the package!) The turkey is unofficially organic -- raised without harmones or antibiotics.

I can't get enough of Heather's: honey chex mix (so good for a quick snack)

If you can handle pb I would recommend these: peanut butter pretzels...it is a square shape pretzel filled with pb. Addictive and good source of protein and carbs.

Dry cereal is always good.

Rice crispy treats made with canola oil

Plain pretzels

cliff bars (dairy free)

I would think chex mix would last a long time as long as it is kept in a air tight container like "zip lock bag."

To keep the seasoning on...you might want to spray with Canola oil or spread oil directly on and the seasoning should stick.

Definitly agree: stay away from nuts and popcorn.

Loved all the ideas, I'm partial, to Honeycombs, Graham cracker sticks, I don't know the name brand, but can find out they make a fat free butter tasting pretzel and they are yummy, applesauce cups, I love baked lays, the cheddar and sour cream, and baked doritos..........now i'm hungry

The only problem with Teddy Grahams is that they contain HFCS... just a heads up to anyone who has problems with it.
