What are everyone's favorite and easily tolerated snacks?

I get the munchies and it's not that I'm particularly tempted to snack on "bad" things, but I'd love to add to the repertoire of safe snacks!

(I know, I could post this on the recipe board, but thought I'd get a broader response here. Besides, I'm not really soliciting recipies, just ideas!) <-- rationalizing!

Me too! I have a tendency to want bad stuff too. I cheat every once in a while. But I play it safe 98% of the time.
I love angel food cake. Hot chocolate with marshmallows.
Muffins.cheesecake is my ultimate fav.

Hi, I really like sliced cucumbers with baby carrots and hummus. I also like grapes, popcorn and low fat nacho chips with a mild salsa. I sometimes buy low fat french fries as they make me feel like I'm eating junk food.

sounds great! i can tolerate raspberries and love them- thought i may mush some up to drizzle on, but i'm a chocolate fiend, so that sounds good, too.

usually my birthday dessert is cheesecake.... that is, before IBS my birthday dessert was cheesecake! oh well...

I like to make little baggies with snacks--right now I'm into pretzels and tamarind almonds (just a few). I also like berry applesauce and a few chocolate graham crackers. What else, carrots and hummus, or spicy hummus on rice crackers, jam on fat-free saltines. And when I'm feeling really bad, soy ice cream with graham crackers or fortune cookies.

I am also having an angel food cake for my birthday cake! All I do is snack, especially when I am studying, almost like a bad habit....rice cakes, AD Brownies (mmm), sometimes bakes lays (but I tend to go overboard and have too many). I also like saltines, baby crackers, smoothies, bannana, grapes, fruit leathers and I make muffins all the time. I am a snackaholic!!

I LOVE these things. I can't find them anywhere now. Safeway used to carry them but stopped. RATS. I think it must have been the cost: $5 for a bag.

They're like cheese puffs except they have no cheese, just all air, made of veggie juices -- all kinds of veggies. And you can't stop eating them; they're worse than potato chips.

If you can find them, try them! They're very expensive; last time I bought two bags -- $10!!! -- yep, that was a costly binge.
