Well, Bmore is glad to have ya! Do you like it here?

I'm sure we'll have fun with a suppport group. It may be a shaky start since I've never even been to a support group meeting for anything! Oh well, I'll figure it out!

Your snack sounds DELICIOUS! Tell me, can you tolerate that without soluble fiber?? It it 'cause it's cooked?

As far as the bread goes, I'm with ya! I truly don't mind giving up bread, though, but if I have to give up all gluten I think I may actually succumb to a little depression and self-pity for a little while. I've gone through a lot in the last 12 months and been very very sick and made tons of changes in my diet (I know, the same for everyone on the boards!), but I'm getting tired of being sick! I think having to scour every item I eat for gluten, having to worry about eating in restaurants in case flour was used in the sauce-- that may be my breaking point!

Anyway, that's not the case yet, so no point in worrying about it. I'm excited about the idea of the support group! And nice to hear Ruchie is moving this-a-way. We'll have a nice little group of us IBSers out here!
