jarro dophilus question

I just bought Jarro Dophillus. The box says to take one a day. I was looking at a book in the book store the other day about pro-biotics that reccomends taking high doses of pro-biotics. What is a good number of the Jarro Dophillus capsules to take each day? Thanks!

I take 2 pills ( have the EPS form) late at night on an empty tummy. So far so good. Hope you see an improvement as I did.

I think it's an individual thing. I started out with one; now I'm up to two. As long as two work for me, I'm staying there for awhile. Check out other posts because this has been discussed before -- do a search and you'll get lots of advice.

I just started on them last week. I take 2 in the morning with my breakfast and 2 at night with my acacia. So far so good!
