I was wondering if we could make a list of chain restaurants & what you safely eat there? Might be a good guide for people to have. For example, when I go to the olive garden I eat.....what ever it is you can eat.

I know Subway is fairly safe so long as you avoid the obvious cheese and meats. The mayo there has no dairy in it and they have a great website that lists all their sandwiches and sauces and whether they have certain ingredients or not.

yes Olive Garden is good for me to.just a little salad.but so far the food has been ok.that is my treat for going to the doctor.
