I've discovered a great pizza at Boston Pizza in Canada (don't know if they have that in the US). It's their BBQ chicken. They are awesome about no cheese of any kind. To combat the dryness from the lack of cheese get extra toppings. I added extra mushrooms and pineapple onto my last one and I didn't even miss the cheese! You can also make it at home by cutting up and cooking the chicken breast and then tossing it in BBQ sauce before you add it to your pizza. Yes, I use the tomato sauce as well and then add my own soy cheddar and mozz. Enjoy! -------------------- If God brings you to it, He will bring you through it. I found ASK (an Italian restaurant chain) in the UK were great about no cheese and their pizzas are so delicious you don't miss it (unless you're silly enough to ask for a marguerita without cheese ).
