YES! "White chocolate is basically cocoa butter and milk and sugar. Still want some?" It's really too bad, and kinda sick, but the unadulterated truth is, YES! I LOVE the stuff! Now, if you ask WILL I? That's a different story. Most definitely NO.

I personally can't stand the stuff, can't stand working with it, either. I hate when I get an order that's "all white chocolate, please!" (It doesn't cover as nicely as milk and semi-sweet chocolates do. If people overhear me cursing in the kitchen, they always say "working with white today!?  )
BUT I know people who love white chocolate LOVE white chocolate! That's great. That's what makes the world go 'round... our differences. But it was enlightening to me to read the ingredients. I don't care for cocoa butter! Maybe that's why I don't like white chocolate? Who knows.
To each her own. I'm GLAD people like white chocolate! Why?
A) It leaves more semi-sweet for me!
B) Then they buy white chocolate and I will get rich. Rich I say! Muahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!
