There have been previous posts on this but here's a few: yes, fat free chicken/veggie gravy is OK soya sauce hoisin sauce fish sauce BBQ sauce Fat free non dairy salad dressings like french, italian, etc. a bit of olive oil and garlic salt soy cheese melted on top fresh herbs like chives, parsley, etc. add leftover cooked veggies, meat, et -------------------- Formerly HanSolo. You can find it usually at asian markets...but i dont know what you have available where you are...surpisingly i have found it a large US chain grocery store here in mexico.. Hope that helps..
