Angylroses has inspired me! Let's do a poll. Just curious how many D-ers vs. C-ers vs. C/D-ers there are around here.

Great idea, Mags. I voted! It will be very interesting to see the results.

LOVE this poll! Hey, Mags -- how about a poll on what secret trigger food do you still eat when we're not around?

Yeah, it should be neat to see the results. I just checked, and so far the D-ers are in the lead. Lucky us.

I used to be mostly D with a little C. I stopped eating wheat and a number of other foods and got the D well under control and seemed to switch mostly to C with occasional D. I recently just added wheat back into my diet (white, not whole) and still have C most of the time. But, I check C/D-er as my body seems to have not completely made up its mind.

Interesting, pretty evenly split among all three categories!

I think that it is amazing that we all have the same issue but have such different symptoms. Some of us can not get it out and some can not keep it in. Looks like it is a pretty good split so far.
