No, I don't think you should use supposirtories daily, your body would probably become dependant. I think once in a while is fine, I would guess not more than once a week. Stool softners are ok to take everyday, although I don't find that they helped me much!

There was a time where I did not have a bowel movement for about 3 weeks. It was plain scary. Since I have been taking Jaro-Dophilus EPS I have not need to use any stool softeners or laxs at all. I know there has been a lot of talk on this product. It has worked for me so I just wanted to pass it on to as many people as possible. I was grateful for the info when I got it.
