Does anyone know if Barley green/wheat grass is safe for IBS (m)

I mix it with water and drink it in the morning normally. I don't think it has an adverse reaction yet but I don't do it every day. I know it's really healthy and I know I'm not eating the veggies I need to right now. Also how about carrot juice? I used to juice for me and my kids. I'm a little leary of it now.

Thanks!
Sandy

Yes, it's ok (but not for Celiacs). If you're not having a problem with it then don't worry. Carrot juice shouldn't be a problem either. If it seems like it is, eat some soluble fiber first. My favorite was always carrot/pineapple juice, but I haven't tried it since developing IBS. Maybe I will and let you know.
