It's fructose, so lots and lots would probably not be a good idea. But most people don't have a problem with it. Do a search...we discussed this a while back. Also, I guess its not refined so less "processing" than white sugar.

As Linz says, honey is fructose and so is harder for us to digest that sugar which is sucrose. But I've also had no problem with small amounts.

I'm also able to tolerate honey very well. I have it every morning in my peppermint tea!

I'm so glad I can have a little honey!
My throat is killing me (yes... still!) and I really feel like having some hot water with honey and a few drops of lemon juice... but until now, I thought honey was a trigger. I know I probably couldn't have a whole lot of it but just that makes me really happy!!!! thx again!
