Hi! I have read the past posts on vitamins. I want to take an all-in-one multivitamin, and I am so confused about what is good, what absorbs, what causes D! Has anyone heard of Jamieson products? They are Canadian. Can I trust them? Thanks. Also, I got my acacia, starting at a very low dose, cannot tell if it's working yet, my tummy is so bad all the time and then I get sick of eating plain foods and go and do something stupid like eat chinese food with MSG and grease, you know! cheers

I take rexall/sundown vitamin with minerals.
Check out there website www.rexall.com.
How close are you to the borders? Like Washington or Idaho?
I beleive you can order them. I really like them and they don't upset my tummy and I get D too.

Hi

I'm am Canadian!!! I've been using Jamieson multivitamins for years and take there calcium too. It's a good name and I don't have any problems with it. Though sometimes I use the Superstore brand of Multivitamins to rotate.

For me the acacia powder doesn't agree with me and I can't take it.

Let me know if you need anymore questions answered.:)

Hello fellow Canadian. Jamieson should be fine - I've taken them before. As for what causes D here is a list of trigger foods to avoid: web page
