I know Kimbo and others are looking for safe foods. Peek Freans makes a cookie called "Nice". It's a sugar-topped cookie with a hint of coconut in it. IT is dairy and egg free and only has 1.4 calories per cookie. It is wonderful with afternoon tea or I will often have one after a meal to have "something sweet". I can eat these even in the throes of an attack. It's great for car trips, lunches, etc.

Another cookie that is wonderful is ArrowRoot cookies. (The ones for babies).

They are a little sweet and sometimes I have them with tea as well. I don't know why, but I just love
them. I can't wait to have kids so I have an excuse to have them in the house - right now my husband
crinkles up his nose when I put them in the cart. I think he's thinking I am hinting at something LOL

Are your arrowroots dairy free? We have them in Aust. but ours are called milk arrowroots and as you can tell by the name they are not dairy free! We also have Nice biscuits made by Arnotts but I have not checked if they are dairy free. I'll definately have a look next time I'm shopping.

Ours in Canada are just Arrowroot and I'm pretty sure they are dairy free. I have never checked though to be honest, but they have never caused me a problem so I have never thought to check! Sorry!
