Ya I know. I´m not concerned about the rest of my body. Just that damn jiggly stuff hanging out even when im not too bloated. The rest of my body is pretty firm and fit.Actually I dont want to lose any weight anywhere but the belly. I guess I was used to having a flat hard stomach and cant figure out what to do. I do cardio 3-4 days a week and tons of sit ups. I dont know if it is the IBS bloating or if it is fat. Man it drives me mad.
But going to work on it.
Thanks for the support. And I havent found a gap in Mexico wear I live. I think only Mexico City and that is far from me.

Eyebser you crack me up. Whenever I read you posts or replies they get more funny with each one. Maybe I can giggle my tummy away. Ya I have the low rise. I cant fit into the ones that I used to be able to wear all that well and the belly flops over then. Ha Ha HA. Oh well. On with the smiles. Masayo

Lol, you guys are hilarious. Personally, I've always liked low rise flared jeans, but I can't wear mine anymore! They're not extremely tight, but when I sit down they squeeze my intestines and cause me pain! I'm so bummed about that because I haven't worn them in over 6 months and that's a lot of good outfits I'm missing out on!

I agree. I had to sit through a parents night concert staring at someone's thong. The girls with me were giggling about it. My daughter and I don't think they look very comfortable or sanitary!

Kristen, I have to have the flared as well............it balances out a big butt. (See, I too watch the TLC channel, and "What Not to Wear"!) Oh, ya and no pockets on the back...draws attention to that area. Sheesh, come to think of it, who cares? The long tops cover them up anyway,,,,well, almost all the way.
If anyone says anything about my tummy being so big, I just tell them I made a mistake eating that watermellon that had seeds in it. Must have swallowed a seed and it grew!! All seriousness aside, I CAN relate. I think we need to start a new clothes line that is especially designed for IBS tummies!!! What should we call them? "Tummy Tanks?", "Tummy Tubes?", "Tummy Tucks?" LOL
Michelle, was it you that said you wear a size 1 or 2 or 3 or 4? OMG, last time I saw that size I was 6 months old!!! Nonetheless, IBS gave me back my High School weight and sporting a size 8. Sadly to say, Heather's way of eating (not to mention all the good recipes from Kristen and others) is soooo good, I'm turning into a chunky monkey.
Michelle, Does Masayo mean Michelle in Mexican Spanish? Send me a vegetariano Torta, ok?
Kandee, aka Dulce' (Feeling guilty ...this should be in the Living Room.....Bev, see, it's STILL all your fault.........Can I join you in a plate of worms?.... )

Actually Masayo is Japanese for honest. Im half japanese. And yes I used to be a 1 but not anymore. I dont know what i am now. I havent bought any new clothes for a while. Probably a 3 i guess. I worry so much about the tummy chub because I am very into weight training/lifting. Back in calif. me and the hubby would go to Gold´s Gym 2 to 3 times a week. Alot of body builders go there and so we always were around physically fit people to keep us up on the excercising. We dont want to be huge but defined more so. So you can see maybe where Im coming from when I sound winey over my belly. There is just pain and then I also see the fat on the sides and belly portions of me. I´ll have to make you one.(taco) I dont see a whole lot of Vegan things here. I just got working out as a matter of fact. I feel good. Masayo

Kandee, you might be on to something there. What about calling them "Tender Tummies"?? Lol. So does anyone here know how to sew??
Hey, the things you learn from TLC... hence the name, lol. Never knew that about pockets in the back. I guess I've been drawing attention to my butt all along... which is okay, come to think of it. I'm young!
