Pages: 1 Grain intolerance       #3756 - 03/22/03 04:29 PM Edit Reply Quote juniper Reged: 03/22/03 Posts: 2 I'm looking for suggestions from anyone who has intolerance to grain. I don't have a formal diagnosis of celiac, but wheat seems to cause symptoms, as do rice-based pancake mixes and toaster waffles, as well as baked corn chips. This limits my diet significantly. Any suggestions for how to cope with this? Thanks.
