I can't do preferred sourdough white wheat in a tortilla, so I go gluten free. These are pretty good, compared to all the attempted pitiful gluten free versions that were pretty awful, some never bought because of too high rough ratio of insoluble fiber. Keep them in bag so won't dry out until ready to use one. The thing with tortillas is the oil content. I don't have trouble with that though.
