Does this sound ok?

Breakfast: oats, Chia, Blueberries and almond milk

Snack : rice cakes and an apple

Lunch: homemade soup, sandwich made with white bread, veganaise and chicken.
Angel cake

Snack: Tortilla wrap with strawberry preserve.

Dinner: chicken with steamed veggies (butternut squash, carrot, Swede and small amount of Brocolli)
Soya vanilla dessert

Supper
Soya Hotchocolate and Rusk biscuit
