A little more guidance

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post my questions but it is my first post.
I've been using the Tummy Fiber for about 2 weeks, gradually increasing the dose. I was up to 2 tsp in the AM and 2 tsp in the PM. Monday didn't have a BM at all. Thought maybe I was at too high a level. Forgot to take the PM dose. Got up Tuesday with some cramping but the first BM was normal. Cramping did not go away and then went into diarrhea that I finally took Imodium to stop. Was late for work. What is the guideline on a maintenance amount and should I therefore continue to increase the amount after this episode?
Also what is considered "low fat" on this diet? 2 grams or more or less?
I've read both books.

Hello Emom1951,
I think you need to give it some time to work. Don't use Imodium too quick. It will work the otherway if you use them both.

You're welcome. Give it a change. Sometimes it can take a few weeks/month and sometimes the build up may be too fast. But when you are stable again you'll be so glad.
