What do you use in place of Mayonaise? I've seen that we can't have egg yolks so wondering if Mayo is something we shouldn't have?
Heather, you asked me to keep you up to date on the Peppermint Tea. It did bother my gallbladder, so I'm thinking the capsules may have the same effect, but haven't tried them yet (scared to). No problems with the tummy fiber or the fennel tea though.

And I don't believe it is a *healthy* saturated fat. I don't believe any saturated fats are healthy, despite current fads.
