Opinions about the use of Go Raw sprouted products? Would they be a good or bad addition to an IBS "diet"? I've met a gal at church who is a registered dietician and has IBS, who uses these products without issue. I know different things affect each of us differently, but was curious about thoughts on these products.

Be careful of these product as they contain a fair amount of insoluble fiber and some contain high FODMAP ingredients
