Non-Xylitol saliva substitute?

I have a chronic dry mouth and my dentist says I need to use a saliva substitute, but all the ones I'm finding have xylitol or sorbitol or some other artificial sweetener.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a dry mouth product that doesn't contain this stuff? Given the choice, I'll suffer the dry mouth rather than GI pain, but it's still uncomfortable and I'd still like to do something about it.

Hi,
Haven't tried it, but looks unsweetened:

Too bad dentist can't recommend one.
