from corn cereal to tortillas to baked Tostitos. Cornmeal (plus no germ), milled corn and corn masa don't have the hull/bran right?

The big high fiber craze;I already go enough each day.

Dry cornmeal contains about 10 grams of insoluble fiber and 0.1 grams of soluble fiber per cup. All corn products tend to be high in insoluble fiber

That's not very much of the soluble in that cornmeal. I've always gone for the de-germed word on the box, but not sure if that helps.
