I've been suffering from IBS for several months now, and recently started taking the brand "Shredz" supplements (3 different types) to help lose weight. I have listed the supplements (with ingredients listed) I am taking below. Can someone please tell me if any of these are safe for IBS? Thank you so much!

Toner supplement:
L-Arganine AKG, Beta-Alanine, Creatine MagnaPower© (Magnesium Creatine Chelate), Capsimax™ (Capsicum Extract Beadlets)

Detox:
Inositol Hexaphosphate, Psyllium Husk, African Mango 10:1 (Irvingia Gabonesnis) Alpha Lipoic Acid, Lemon Bioflavanoids, Lycopene, Activin (Grapeseed Extract 95%, Oligomeric Prianthocyanidins), Cranberry Extract, Lychi Fruit Extract, Raspberry ketones, Lutein, Olive Leaf Extract, Echinacea, Zeaxanthin

Caffeine is a well known GI trigger. And Mango is high FODMAP and potential IBS trigger. These products are unlikely to help with weight loss. Reducing caloric intake and exercise are the best way to manage weight.
