headaches - can they be caused by certain food?

Hi, I have been told I have vasculitis. For the past month I have been really ill and waking up during night with diarrhoea but so bad I was in so much pain I could spend 30 mins on toilet at the time. I felt like my bowels were coming out of me. No blood. I also have headaches almost every day. I dont know if this is my ibs playing up and hwadaches could be caused by certain food or what is going on. Does anyone get headaches after eating certain food? And what to eat when I have diarrhoea almost every day? Thanks

currently not on any medication - awaiting to see a rheumatologist for more tests.
diarrhoea really bad - waking me up at night.

Hi there,

I got headaches when I eat a lot of chocolate and also when I drink alcohol. More than 2 units and some cheeses But most of the time only when I am already exhausted.
