Rice Thins Not Safe

Rice Thins and most baked chips (Lays and Ruffles) have an ingredient called Oleic Safflower oil, Oleic Sunflower oil and other types. It causes diarrhea so I don't think it safe for IBS sufferers.

Rice thins contain garlic powder - a high FODMAP ingredient and known potential IBS trigger.

Except in large quantities Oleic Safflower oil & Oleic Sunflower oil are not IBS triggers. Any oil in large quantities is a potential trigger

Where (URL) are you reading that oleic oils cause diarreah?
My Lays baked chips have just plain corn oil.
