Does anyone know if tempeh and seitan would work on an EFI/FODMAP diet?

I'm vegan but have difficulty getting adequete protein as beans, lentils, soy milk/yogurt, seeds, nuts and wholegrains (quinoa) are all difficult with my IBS.

I do eat tofu, peanut butter, oatmeal, potatoes and gf bread.

Thanks Syl. I thought that was the case although I've read that tempeh is high in fibre and can cause problems.
