What food did you bring along? My husband feels we can't do these hings due to my dietary needs and I'd like to prove to him that having IBS doesn't mean we can't have fun outdoors! I live on a very restrictive diet - a mixture of the FODMAP and EFI diet. What sort of information are you looking for? If camping will you have a cooler?
