I notice this sight and the book help for ibs ( a wonderful resource) describes mostly IBS-D symptoms. Does the same food and herbal advice apply to IBS- C. there are more differing symptoms then just the constipation, so it makes me wonder. Thank You!

Welcome to the message boards.

Yes, the same advice applies to all sub-types of IBS, be it IBS-C, IBS-D or IBS-A.

What other symptoms are you experiencing? Have you been diagnosed by a doctor?
