Anybody taking this on a regular basis.
My physician advised me to take as a means of controlling IBS problems. I still take supplement as well. It is only been a few days so I guess will take a while to feel genuine improvement. Find at moment increased bloating.

Hi,
I took align for around 3/4 months last year and saw no improvement. Can I recommend VSL3. It is a multi-species probiotic, apposed to align's single strain, and is far more potent. I take one sachet daily and it seems to improve bloating.
