I've just been checking the other ingredients in my vitamins and medications. They all look fine. The only one I'm not 100% about is my vitamin D3 supplement. The other ingredients include: safflower oil, gelatin and vegetable glycerin. Does anyone know if these are likely to cause problems for my IBS?

They are all safe and they are only in small amount in D3
