My husband has ulcerative colitis but does very well on the EfIBS recipes. Next month he is coming with me to a business conference at a resort. Our room has a microwave & fridge (yipee!)so I need some gut friendly foods to take with me as the resort only has Burger King, Sbarro and a steak house. He is a flexitarian, mostly veg but occasionally has tuna or chicken. Any travel friendly food suggestions would be most appreciated. TIA

You may want to bake ahead of time, make some breads from Heathers cookbook , they are great for anytime of the day. Pack lots of teas, Uncle Ben has ready to eat rice, just add water. Packaged oatmeal-again just add water. Crackers and breads/buns pack some lean chicken or turkey to make a sandwich.
Dry cereals like Chex or honeycombs, fruit and a knife to peel skins. Make some banana chips ahead of time. Pretzels and you can get soy milk in tetra packs , like a juice box so that is great to have on the go.
I would suggest if you like to bake and have the time make a few things ahead of time-in the end you will both be safe and healthy.
Hope this helps.
