I am going to test myself today to see how well my five acupuncture treatments are working! I will have a small piece of cheddar cheese on my sandwich at lunch.

I'll let you guys know how I do! If I DON'T do well, I am going to give the acupuncturist HELL this coming Thursday for my sixth treatment!!

Wish me LUCK, everybody, thanks!!

Sometimes cheese reactions could be one didn't have enough soluble fiber BEFORE eating the cheese part of the meal which can be huge in saturated fat..It's a big percent of the time eaten at the beginning-right along with the somewhat fatty (hopefully low) protein on that sandwich or pizza slice. Why else the fat free or low fat snacks.. Daiya alt. shredded cheddar is VERY flavorful and doesn't take much. Even so, in the menu in Heather Van Vorous' The First Year IBS book-there is NO CHEESE on that sandwich. Eat to live-truely live, not live to eat...there's more to life than pain and.....
