I really want to include healthy oils in my diet. I recently bought hemp seed oil because I read it has some AMAZING benefits. But adding just a teaspoon to some cooked vegetables irritated my stomach. Would mixing it into a soluble fiber food help? I really don't want to throw away such a great health food.

Do you know if it was the oil or the veggies that caused the problem?

Hmm, that's tough. Normally I'm okay with cooked vegetables as long as I don't over-do it. But it could be that I had too much insoluble fiber.
