MRT RESULTS

As far as the chemicals im staying away from the ibuprophen and the yellow 5 for now at least. Yellow 5 is basically just food or drink coloring.. For the dairy whey protein is in a bunch of things I eat of course but I am taking the lactose pills before eating those foods... Im staying away from honey, mustard and chocolate (for now at least). Staying away from cucumbers. As far as the barley which I suppose is in bread, am I allowed to eat bread? Thats my big question. Is soybean in bread? What exactly is bakers yeast and what foods have it? I wont eat as much beef. Cola is soda/candy.

Unfortunately MRT (Mediator Release Test) is not a recognize test for food intolerance. The results have no meaning.

In the following section of Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Food Allergy in the United States
4.2.2.9. Nonstandardized and Unproven Procedures; Guideline 12: it say the following test in

Guideline 12: The EP recommends not using any of the following nonstandardized tests for the routine evaluation of IgE-mediated FA:

- Mediator release assay (LEAP diet) [LEAP MRT test]

Since the results of this test are unreliable it is not possible to give dietary advice on how to handle the results of the MRT Test. Sorry.
