Hi Everyone!

I saw these in the store and I picked up a couple of bags, but then I wondered if these would be safe since they are made from whole corn. I got the sea salt and kettle flavors. Can someone take a look at them and let me know if they are safe to eat?

They have about 3.5% dietary fiber by weight most of which is insoluble fiber.

Hi Syl,

Thanks so much for replying - yeah, I thought that they might have too much insoluable fiber. Do you think if I have a serving of them with a banana, it would be ok?
