Is this a gassy vegetable? I thought I read that it is a cruciferous vegetable or that it contained raffinose? Has anyone eaten this vegetable? Please advice!

well, I ate the chard last night and it was fine. I took a gas stop pill with it just in case. It was so good. But maybe I"ll stick to spinach for now until my tummy settles down, if that ever happens (when pigs fly).
